Well that about says it all. I'm following Doug Graham's 811rv - eating fresh fruit and leafy greens, min 80% of calories from carbs, max 10% fat and max 10% protein.
I've cut out salt, still slicing onions into my salad, but decided to avoid those from today as I think they do lead to cravings. I do veer off track once or twice a week, but that's just how it is when you change your eating habits after a lifetime.
I can't wait to get past the transition point where I don't get any urge for excitocins and addictive packaged foods like crackers. Still eating crackers on my days off!
